The [Christian] Citizen

Life as a human being comes with certain responsibilities. Among them is being a helpful and loving citizen of both the country in which you live and of the world at large. But doing so isn’t easy. It requires us to confront and then discern our attitudes and actions toward a long list of complicated issues. Followers of Jesus aren’t exempt from this responsibility. In fact, the Bible is loaded with insights on what it means to live faithfully as both a citizen and a Christian. In this series we will look at the vocation of citizen and how it is influenced by God’s Law and made a joy through God’s Gospel.
